Reginald (Reg) J. Rocha
Reg has over 40 years of service, finance, and management experience and leads the dynamic team at the 4 Pillars network as a co-founder. Along with his strong and dynamic partners this group was instrumental in paving the way in the creation of the Canadian Debtors Association.
With his entrepreneurial spirit and proven skills, Reg ventured into the world of self-employment in the mid 90’s and started consulting to corporations who were struggling to meet their financial obligations to their creditors. This eventually evolved to his desire to help struggling consumers.
For over 25 years, Reg served as President and Managing Partner to 4 Pillars and also acted as the Chief Restructuring Officer to various private and public companies.
Reg’s experience and knowledge in the financial and insolvency world has allowed him to share, train and educate others. Today, he continues to lead a very diverse and talented team at the 4 Pillars network which has 47 offices operating across Canada. Every day, consumers struggling with financial and debt matters are assisted to learn and manage money so that they can plan for a prosperous future.
Honourable Herb Breau P.C.
Herb Breau was born in Haut Sheila New Brunswick on December 5, 1944.
A graduate of Université de Moncton(1966), holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
Elected five times as a Member of Parliament for the constituency of Gloucester (now Acadie Bathurst) New Brunswick from 1968 to 1984, under the leadership of the late Right Honourable Pierre Elliott Trudeau.
Appointed Minister of Fisheries and Oceans by the Right Honourable John Turner on June 30, 1984.
Parliamentary Career
- Parliamentary Secretary to Ministers of Industry, Trade and Commerce, Energy and the Secretary of State for External Affairs;
- Chairman of the Canada-United States Inter Parliamentary Group and a member of its Executive for 10 years;
- Chairman of a Parliamentary Task Force on North-South Relations (1980); and Chairman of a Parliamentary Task Force on Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements (1981);
- A member of the Trilateral Commission (1981-1984) and participant to the plenary meetings of Tokyo, Rome, and Washington, DC;
- Appointed by the Right Honourable Jean Chrétien as a Member of the Board of Governors of the International Development Research Centre for two terms;
He is equity owner and Board member of various Companies assisting entrepreneurs in strategic direction, structuring and planning, in domestic business as well as international.
Over the last 30 years, has been involved on Boards, advisory organizations and assisted in structuring or restructuring of more than 15 businesses; large and small including in the seafood business.
