Ethical Standards and Principles of Conduct

The Canadian Debtors Association espouses high principles of conduct and ethical standards for its members.

Certified Debtor Advocates and members in the industry recognize the importance of their role and responsibility. By conducting themselves ethically and performing to a high standard, they better serve both Debtors and the industry.

All members support and endorse the Canadian Debtors Association’s Code of Ethical Standards and Principles of Conduct (the Code).
